The Basketball Plays we are going to discuss are hi-lo plays for a 3-Out 2-in motion offense. These are offensive plays where we fully utilize the two post players inside with passes coming from the three players outside. These are just a few of the basketball plays designed for teams who have great low post players in their team.

The simplest hi-lo play is screening in the post. We have our right and left post players. When the left post player cuts low, the right post player gives a screen and then goes high. Now The player on the wing can choose to pass to either of the two post players. The opposite is the same, when left post player goes high, the right post player screens then goes low. Either player can give the screen and cut. It is essential that the screener knows where to go. Cutter goes high, screener goes low and vice-versa.

The next play is called 41.The play starts with the post, in this example we shall use again the left post player. The left post gives a screen for the right post. The right post then goes outside the three point arc while the top of the arc player dribbles away to the right. The two wing players push out to the corners for space. The ball is passed to the right post player. The left post player positions himself solidly against the player he screened, asks for the pass and then can take the shot.

Another play would be the High-2/High-3. This is a play when defenders are fronting our two post players inside and it is difficult to pass. It starts with the player at the top of arc passing to the right wing player. The left post player then goes high to right just outside the free-throw line. The right wing player can now pass to the left post player who then can lob to the waiting right post player for a shot. While all these is happening the left wing goes high and switches position with the player at the top of the arc. This is to free up pressure on the post. The High-3 is just the opposite with the ball being passed to the left wing.

Working as a locksmith in Scottsdale I am always on the go at all hours of the day. Staying in shape has been quite a challenge, as diet and exercise becomes an issue when you do not have a set schedule. Winter has already come and gone and we are in the midst of spring already. So what does that mean? Well it means that summer is just around the corner, and thus it is beach season! Well if you are less than thrilled about the upcoming fun and the sun, perhaps it is time to really focus on getting into the best shape of your life. If you put on a bunch of pounds over the holiday season, fear not, there are simple remedies that can help you to get beach ready in no time. And no it does not involve taking a truckload of bodybuilding supplements or starvation diets, but it will involve a little bit of discipline and effort on your end. So lets dive in to what it will take to get into the spirit of beach season!

First it is important to understand that losing weight does not necessarily involve making drastic changes to your life. Taking small steps in cleaning up your diet is the way to go, and you will be amazed at how a small amount of changes can lead to big results on the scale. For example, simply ditching fast food can make a HUGE impact on the amount of weight you lose. Same thing goes for substituting high calorie sodas and coffee for water, a slight change can mean the difference between being beach ready and not.

Also when it comes to exercise, you don’t have to be a gym rat to look your best. Simply increasing your daily activity is a great way to start seeing results. Even simply taking the stairs instead of the elevator, or perhaps walking to school or work rather than driving can cause you to lose a large amount of weight over time. If you have the dedication and want to take it a step further, try to do some cardio 3-4 times a week for a half hour. Just by adding this small amount of exercise you can begin to get in shape very quickly.

So again if you are far from beach ready, there is still some good time for you to make some small changes to get huge results. Remember Rome wasn’t built in a day, and neither will your beach body. However every journey does start with the first step, so go out and start small, make the right decisions, and you’ll be amazed at how quickly you will be able to reach your fitness goals.
